Experts And Businessmen Say Communication Is The Life Blood Of An Organization, Is It True?

Communication is the life's blood of life. It encourages understanding, new ideas and concepts. Communication opens doors as in communication there resides the seed of change.  Change is also the natural state of life.  This would then make change one of the components, of life along with communication.  It is through communication that changes and the manner of change is guided in order to fulfill the needs and desire of what is required   in business, that which generates a profit. Businesses operate in order to generate excess revenues over expenses.  Profits are why individuals go into business. As such the accounting for these revenues and expenses is the flow of the operations of the business, so it is a component of the life's blood as is communication and change and many other factors. There is no one thing as they all must exist in order for a business to continue operations. Accounting for the revenues and expenses provide communication to the business person. There are many more components none of which are self-sustaining or mutually exclusive and one cannot exist solely on its own merit. It is the combination of the components which are timely and relevant that helps in the making of current decisions and in communications. It is the past history information that provide the communication and basis of future decisions, given the current communication of operations that will guide the changes required for continued existence. If the decisions made are not in line with the change then the communication will not be relevant.
