In Calif you need to be 18years old if you do it legally. I think around that age because it could get infected and I think someone around 18 would know what to do.

Yes i think that if you want to get a piercing then you should do it i am 15 and i got 8 piercings starting with my nipples down to my belly button and the one that hurt the most was my nipples because they have to take a chunk of skin out of your nipples i was so high on marijuana i didnt feel it but i think you should let your mom know before you do it because she might take you to get it done

I got mine done on my 18th birthday and I think it was the perfect age, plus, it was a great present and I didn't have to have my parents with!
