How Do We Basically Differentiate DNA Of One Person From Other In DNA Fingerprinting?
Please tell me if the DNA of two people can not be same then how can the human body produce same kind of enzymes in human body n please tell me if it is so wide difference between DNA which kind of DNA do we consider, functional DNA(intron) or non functional DNA?

Electrophoresis is the method used in genetic
fingerprinting; it is a method of separating substances and analyzing molecular
structure based on the rate of movement of each component (fragments of DNA) in
a liquid medium while under the influence of an electric field. Humans have 46 chromosomes, 23 pairs in
females and 22 plus and an odd pair in males. Longest is named chromosome
1while the shortest 22, sex chromosome is called X and Y as out of sequence.
The base sequence of every chromosome 1 in every human being is similar but not
identical due to the existence of mutations and therefore, of different alleles
of genes. So, when fragmented, the fragments are similar but not exactly the
same in DNA from different people. Hence, it can produce same kind of enzymes
and the non-functional DNA are the introns and exons and they make up about ()%
of the whole DNA and so are not considered but the coding DNA.
