Firstly you should be sure that your dog is having diarrhea not dysentery. The Pepto Bismol is also secreted in milk. So avoid large doses. The dose of Pepto Bismol in adults is 2 tablespoons after half or one hour but not more than 16 doses in 24 hours in diluted form. The adult means 60 kg man.
