    The best way to get rid of stress is to find the one thing that relaxes you both mentally and physically . For some its as simple as meditation, or for others its reading a book ,movies,taking a walk .spending time with some one you love.

        The best way to get rid of stress is first of all learn one thing that the thing will happened is more important than the thing which happened. So anything happened with you which make you feel stress, just think that it can't be roll back. So you just have to learn from this and to think what will happened now. This would remove the regret of the things from your mind. As being physical I would suggest sitting on the side of river gives you too much relaxation. It actually shows you that life is too vast so try to see in another direction.

        Take a nice warm hot bath relax with candles on in a bubble bath also take a nice walk and perhaps some yoga is always nice

          I like to relieve stress by having a nice, strong drink... Maybe wine, and a hot bath. If that doesn't work I'll do something to distract my mind. Playing games, video or online. I love my myspace and my blurtit for this reason.  But what is most important is finding what is causing the stress and deal with it or eliminate it. Mine for a long time was money. Finances. Now I have realized it may take me a year or two to pay them off but the time is flying and I feel very good about it now.

          A half hour of yoga usually does it for me.  The deep breathing and stretching calm my nerves.

          Any activity that you love that you really have to focus on relieves stress. It should drive any other thoughts out of your mind. If it's an activity that's also physical it's even better.
