You can snack on almost all veggies as long as you clean them off tomatoes, broccoli, celery, cucumbers,carrots are ok to the best way to go about eating raw carrots is to scrub them clean and pill them.

Carrots, green peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower are all excellent for those times between meals when you want a little something to snack on. Great for your health too!! Enjoy!! Janes

I think the best veggies that you can eat raw is cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, celery but i don't think it wold be a good idea to have potatoes lool

Hey, don't knock it till you've tried it. I found a strange liking to raw potatoes when I was pregnant. ;o)

I have a friend that eats raw potatoes...not all the time, but like when she's preparing a meal that includes some sort of potato as she is preparing them she sneaks a bite here and there.
I would imagine any vegetables that comes to mind. Broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, spinach, green beans, cauliflower, zuccini, bell peppers, celery..etc, etc. I would wash them first of course. Things like, yucca, pumpkin & rhubarb (yes rhubarb) can be eaten raw without any harm to you, however, they probably wouldn't taste very good.

I think it is alright to snack on raw carrots. I do it all the time! XD I think they are better than cooked. Even make your own dip! That makes them really good.
