    In 1880, the calculated amount of carbon dioxide in atmosphere was near about 290-295 ppm. Current estimated amount of carbon dioxide in atmosphere is 387 ppm which shows that there is 33% increase in it. In the start of the industrial revolution, in 1750 it was approximately 280 ppm. According to researchers during the last 650,000 years, current growth in its volume is the maximum in the period from 2000-2005.

    From 2000-2006, carbon dioxide has shown a growth of 1.93%. However, before that its rate was 1.5%.
