it is a nano pod ipod and it charges just fine but the doesnt seem to hold a charge for to long , so if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

I heard that if the first time you charge your Nano if you don't do it until is completely full, later on the battery won't work properly.
Maybe it's just a silly rumour.
I purchased an I pod Nano and its battery seems to last for many hours.
