You should believe in your dreams, they could be telling you something very serious in your life! I once had a dream about my boy friend, nothing happened yet the dream was a week ago but, i still think something is happening between us that i don't know about. He keeps inviting me over to his house on weekends and it is weird, the WEIRDEST thing is i am 10 and he is 10! I mean talk about young love. (remember [he invited me over to his house!] weird!)

I am not sure that we should believe in our dreams. Just this morning, I had a dream of my two year old son dying. Talk about a wake-up call! I awoke from the dream only to find my sweet baby boy lying there in my arms, peacefully sleeping.

That question has to be viewed in the context of various prevalent ideologies and scientific ideas that are known in the contemporary world. According to Psychologists and Neuro-Biologists Dreams are way of connecting to our subconscious, our conscious thought processes are only 5% of our total cognitive functions, the rest of it forms sub-conscious and it is a powerful medium that is built by all our thoughts, ideas, cognitive functions, our unmet desires and represents a complex symbolism that represents archetypal ideas of the notions and abstracts we believe in. Superstitious thinking considers dreams to be omens or premonitions of events that have not been realized yet. Our dreams are actually our beliefs and represent part of our consciousness that we are not aware of. However, it is agreed by most that we can achieve much good from studying our own dreams as they help us overcome our own fears and inhibitions and teach us about ourselves.
