    Quickly and some pain liposuction and a tummy tuck...over time and some aches and pain maybe, exercise and eating right...try swimming or water exercise classes...

      Follow these simple rules and you'll have no problems at all!!
      1- Eat healthy replace chips,burgers,chocolate with fruit, vegetable and water.
      2 - Do around 50-100 crunches a day or sit ups.
      3 - Do running, swimming , bike riding and walking this burns alot of calories.
