Why Is The IRS Allowed To Stay In Existence When There Is No Law To Make It Legal?

With all the complaining about the IRS it is suprising, since it was never made a legal entity, that is is allowed to exist. It should be dissolved.

    Yes very true there are no legal basis for IRS and even there are no laws which make it mandatory for the citizens to pay the taxes on the wages earned. IRS tax code also depicts that the income tax payment is mandatory. However, even there has always been criticism against it but still the courts have rejected the arguments on the basis of that the critics are not willing to pay the taxes.
