Your dog needs fluids no matter what. Get some chicken broth and make it tepid, like for a baby bottle (it doesn't burn the inside of your wrist when a drop or two are dripped on it), if you have a turkey baster this works best. Put some of the broth in the baster and put it down your dogs throat, not too far and squeeze slowly. You will need to do this every two hours until the dog can eat and drink himself. It sounds like your dog has Parvo which is usually deadly to dogs, but I have brought one out of it with this technique. Do not miss a dose! Give him enough each time that you think would fill his stomach, you don't want to overfill as you don't want to give him a stomach ache, but you want to give him enough to hydrate him each time.

I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but you will need to get him to a vet as soon as possible, they might need to put him on a drip. It sounds like he could have picked up cat flu. I dont mean to alarm you, but dogs can die from this if symptoms are not taken care of asap. The best thing you can do right now for him and yourself is get him to a vet to see what is wrong with him, so he can get antibiotics and the care he needs, and for you to have peace of mind. Hope everything will be ok.
