    How Can I Stay In A House That Is A Lease To Own And I Had A Contract To Purchase In Aug. 07? Just Found Out That Owner Lost The House Bank Bought It At Auction And We No Longer Have A Contract. We Are Summoned To Court And We Are To Vacate Premises By May 23, 2007

    Talk to the bank and work out a deal with them. When a house goes into foreclosure the bank usually would like to get rid of it as soon as possible.
