Ok... This is not very hard, but I understand that it can be a little confusing, so here goes:
First you have to find a website that has what you want available for download (or in the event that what you want is a picture, then a site that has the picture you want). Then you need to just try the simple way first: Put your pointer on the download link for what you want, and press the 'X' button. If this way is gonna work, you will get a darkened down screen that will ask you if you want to save the file. If you say yes, it should then give you a screen showing where it intends to save it. For example, if you find a place where you can download a music file, when you confirm that you want to save it, it will show in the bottom box the folder to be saved to as 'MUSIC'. In the top window (above the folder name), will show the name of the file as it is called by the website. If you want to change it, simply highlight it and press the 'X' button. This will take you to your text entry page and you can change the name there. Just make sure that if the file is called '35654.mp3', and you want to change it to 'DragonBallThemeSong' be sure to keep the '.mp3' file extension at the end, or you won't be able to play the song back after you download it, unless you connect your psp to a computer and re-add the file extension '.mp3' to the file name.

Ug just go to www.psponme.com for vids www.g2p.com for music and go to google images for pics to download pics put your mouse arrow over it and press triangle then go to file then go to save image there all usable directly from the psps web browser.
