    Yes, look at your lease. It should have some statement saying either party can end this contract given so many days notice, typically 30.

      When you say *monthly contract*, do you mean you do not have a lease, but a month to month tenancy?

      If so, yes, they can evict or ask you to vacate the premises in 30 days, even if you are paying on time.

        No i don't think so because the contract is binding there has to be a good enough reason for him to break the contract call a lawyer to find out they should be able to tell u for free
