This Question Is Answered:
I Need Help Writing A Letter To My Client...How Do I Get This Across Without Losing The Job?
I was handed a brief to write opinion pieces for a recruitment site. We agreed at the initial briefing that personable, man to man style of writing was acceptable. Now, after six stories, she's asking me to be more formal, more corporate (not my style at all!). I obviously must do the rewrites but I'm pissed that I wasted two weeks writing in the initial style that we agreed on.

Whenever writing any type of business letter, be as specific as possible, leave out anything that may be construed as personal, be brief and succinct(to the point).

Yeah, I was. Just as well I came here first. Gave me time to chill out.
