    Yeast is found to be unicellular fungi. There are almost 1500 species of the fungi which are currently found and are well explained. Yeast is known to be eukaryotic microorganisms that are classified in the kingdom of Fungi.

    It is being known that yeast is of major domination in the oceans. Research has shown that yeast microbes are known to be probably one of the earliest cultivated organisms. People even now and in the earlier days have used yeast for fermentation and for the purpose of baking .
