How Do I Treat Myself And Laundry For Straw Itch Mites?
Straw itch mites were in my dog food bag and are now in my laundry, bath and bedroom. How do I take care of this?

There are some suggestions that i have that worked well for my parents. There is a spray called PT-MICROCARE, that is safe around people and animals. The spray has time released capsules in it that last for a couple weeks.for your clothing and linens, use a laundry detergent additive called "KLEEN FREE". Use with very hot water. The best thing for skin protection is "DEET". It is the strongest material available for lice, but works very well for straw itch mites. Good luck.
