When washing your hair....massage your scalp with your fingers with pressure. It helps the hair pop up to the surface, which helps hair grow faster. I got my hair to grow really fast by doing this.

Easy. Make sure you do NOT have ANY toxic hair treatment. Then, wash your hair for 5-10 minutes and then dry it, THEN, put in some lotion in your hair, re-wash, and dry it in SUN ONLY.

First off, the hair must be healthy; exposure to plenty of oils and proteins help in establishing this. One way to do this is to whip eggs (like making an omelet or scrambled eggs) and apply it to your hair. Also oatmeal mixtures (like what's in Avino) will help, too. Simply let it soak for 30-60 minutes & then rinse out. Follow this with a very good conditioner with a heavier moisturizer content.
