Is There Any Compatible Drivers For My Hp Deskjet 3940 On Microsoft Windows Vista?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Yes, if you connect your printer and Windows Vista does not install it automatically, you can follow the add printer wizard. Choose to add a local printer, choose the port it is attached to. On the next page, select HP fromthe manufactureer list, then, a little ways down in the printers list you will see the printer listed as "HP Deskjet 3920/3940".

Generally, as the printer is a USB printer, you would turn the printer, then turn on your system, login, then connect the printer via the USB cable. Windows should auto-detect the device and if it does not and asks you what driver to use, just select it from the list of available printer drivers.
