    The modern day life is so filled of stress for everyone. Even the kids are worried about something or the other. Stress is the main cause of many diseases and health conditions so it is best to avoid stress. However, even if it is necessary to take stress, make sure you call for remedial action.


    You can do the following when you are stressed:


    - Drink some water or your favorite drink.

    - Calm yourself down by taking few deep and long breath.

    - Exercise of walk briskly. This is amazing for stress.

    - Take a long bath

    - Call up a party.

    - If you are in stressed situation, just figure it out with your boss or family members.
