Toshiba 23wlt56b TV. My Picture Keeps Freezing And There Is No Sound. What Is Wrong?
I have to unplug my TV and plug it back in again to get it to work. I have tried unplug the Ariel, switching it off and then re-tuning the TV (as suggested by other sites) and resetting it through the menu, but none of this works. Any idea's?

It seems to be some technical fault with the internal wiring so I would like you to take the TV to repairer as the skilled person can help you out in this case, you must get check the sound and display picture options.

is this a qualified opinion (do you know alot about TV's), as i was hoping not to have the expense of getting someone to fix it, but if you think this is the only way and there are no other options then that is what i will have to do. Thankyou for your response.
Picture freezing is mostly caused by aerial reception or tuner in tv i am a tv engineer
