    Fresh meat, any package meat you need to look at the label to see how many carb are in it. Broccoli,cabbage, green beans, eat a salad every day  with low carb vegetables, greens, cottage cheese it does have carbs so look at the label to see how many it has, cheddar cheese,eggs

      Avoid pasta and breads, as these are naturally high in carbs.  As stated already, check the carb levels of other items to have a handle on what you should eat.  You do need to have some carbohydrates in your diet.
