There are actually three ways a minor may become emancipated: Get married , join the military, or go to court and have the judge declare you emancipated ("judicial declaration").

Pinkokie is right, though I would recommend the last one overall. You would have to call in to agencies that handle that sort of thing in your area or state and arrange a court date and investigation. I am not sure about the costs, though I am sure you can get a quote. One of a few things will happen; the judge will deny it unless your parents sign the emancipation, which is the case when your parents are not neglectful or abusive, you simply want to be on your own; the judge will agree if you are able to support yourself (I don't know how old you are, but they typically only allow this for very mature 16 year olds and up), which means continuing your education and having a job; they might sign you over to the state or a home if there is abuse and you cannot support yourself; or if your parents or a court guardian signs, you can go live with another consenting family or adult. I'm afraid the courts don't take kindly to entirely emancipating minors. Best of luck!
