I'm Going Away On Holiday And I Want To Take My Dog With Me. Is This Possible?

Answer Question

Many establishments know how important people's pets are to them and so they allow your dog to stay with you during your stay. It all depends on where you would like to go. If you want to take your dog abroad with you it can be tricky as some places require your dog to be in quarantine for a certain amount of time, sometimes even up to six months. So in that instance it would be best to place your dog in a boarding kennel.

However, if you are staying in the UK then there are loads of places that accept dogs, you just have to be sure to do your research. You could go to the travel agents and see if they can give you advice on dog friendly hotels around the country. Some beaches may not accept dogs on them but usually there is some part of the beach suitable for animals.

So to find out if you can take your pet with you to your chosen holiday destination, you have to do your research. You should be able to find out through a travel agent as mentioned earlier or through the internet.
