My Cat Has Been Throwing Up All Day, She Is Now Dry Heavin. Can She Have The Flu?

She was just fixed 3 weeks and vaccinated. She is about 1 year old. She has thrown up a few times since the vet, but today she's thrown up more. She's thrown up her food all day and now she's throwing up like white foam. Please help.
