It could possibly be that shae is in season, but if unsure take her to the vet to be checked out. Or phone your local vet for advice, that would be your best option.

No, it is not normal for a rabbit to have blood in the urine. A rabbit's urine normally is a yellow or orange color. It is possible this is the orange pigment in the urine. Have this rabbit examined by a veterinarian. Bring in a urine sample if possible or take a picture of the colored urine.
