The House Has A Has A Black White And Red Wire And The Fan Controller Has 2 Black 2 White 1 Orange And 1 Blue What Hooks To What?

IS there a switch controlling the fan and light? If so are there two switches? I think there are. Some people wire ceiling fans with 3 conductor wire. Red controlling either the fan or light, and the black controlling what is left either the fan or the light. The white is the neutral. If you are hooking up a controller it only needs a single power source and it splits it off to controll the fan and light seperately. I would use either red or black and hook it to the black on your controller. The white wire goes to the white wire on the contrller. The orange wire I believe is for the fan.(its been a while since I have done one, but it goes to the light or fan. I am pretty sure it is the fan.) The blue wire goes to the light.
