This really depends on your skin tone. I have very fair skin and blue eyes and blonde hair, so I use a translucent cotton candy pink blush and top it with just a hint of shimmer to give a very soft quality. Peaches and bronzes tend to look better on medium complected skin and hair, whereas plum and copper tend to look better on darker skin tones. The best way to tell what will look most natural is to look at yourself after you get finished exercising and see what colour your cheeks are.
