Guys don't really play games, you might be imagining it and he is probably not really into you. At 14 guys will show their affection by talking to you, telling jokes to you, and making an effort to talk to you when they see you.

You might be getting the messages mixed up here. because he's always looking at you doesn't mean that he's trying to make you jealous. If he's the same age as you he might be shy and be too afraid to come over and talk to you. I wonder if it's you too who is always loking at him!
There's no way of telling if he likes you umless you both get taking to each other. If you've never spoken and have no friendship it's hard to see how you can be jealous of anything really as you haven't any form of relationship.
Why don't you go and talk to him then you'll find out if he wants to be friends?

You are older than me. I am 13, but the best part is I am able to relate to your problem. The same thing is happening with me but I don't think that he is making me jealous. It may be the same thing in your case. Why don't you just walk up to him and get friendly with him? Find out if he has a girlfriend. If not ask him, if he is willing to go out with you.
