Kimberley (now usually a girl's name, but formerly for boys as well) became popular at the end of the 19th century, due to the fame of the South African town of Kimberley (now famous for diamonds) which was the scene of a historic battle in the Boer war. The town itself was named after Lord Kimberley; the place name Kimberley derives from Old English names based on the word leah, or "wood."
Christine is the French form of the old Latin name Christiana. This is the feminine form of Christianus, which meant "follower of Christ." THe French form was rare in English-speaking countries until the 19th century, but is now very popular. Similar forms include Christina and Christiane.
Miller is a surname based on occupation, and like most surnames of this kind (Smith, Baker etc) probably originated in the Middle Ages. The first English "surnames" simply labelled people according to their job.
