    The loss of a relationship often leaves a person with several scars and emotional distress. It can be very hard and painful to deal with breakups. One might face several problems like having to start all over again, distrust, going through an identity crisis, feeling extremely bitter and hurt, breaking away from the past and so on.
    The first thing to hold on during a break up is the trust in yourself and your capacity to get over anything. Then divert your attention to other constructive things and get involved in them so that there would be no time to harbour negative feelings and bad vibes. Turn to your family and friends to help you through your moment of distress and don not make the mistake of tuning anybody out. Time is great healer. Just believe in yourself and plough on. Painfully but slowly you would be able to put this break up behind you and move ahead in life older and wiser.
