In order the find the price of a house, you need to target a particular house first. After you have liked a particular house, you need to find out the price of it. In order to find out the price you need to talk the owner of the house who will give you the exact price and if you do not agree upon the price you can always bargain on it and if the seller agrees he will reduce the price of the house to either your demand or set his own new price.
In case the seller is not available, then you can inquire about the price with your or the seller's real estate agent. In case you do not agree upon the price, you can request the real estate agent to talk to the seller so that he reduces his price.
