 We Had Verbal Agreement To Break Lease, Do I Get Deposit Back?
My landlord uses intimidation and her kids constantly used the yard at house I rented. She has my deposit and wanted to charge me per day up to my moving, she kept some belongings of mine what are my rights?

 No there is no verbal agreement in breaking the lease. You have to
follow the proper procedure. You can't get your deposit back if you
break the lease in most of the cases.


However, I suggest you to read your lease agreement to know if you have to pay the remaining rent and have to lose your deposit.
