We Had Verbal Agreement To Break Lease, Do I Get Deposit Back?
 No there is no verbal agreement in breaking the lease. You have tofollow the proper procedure. You can't get your deposit back if you break the lease in most of the cases. However, I suggest you to read your lease agreement to know if you have to pay the remaining rent and have to lose your deposit. |
