You've asked a question about the entries made in Easton Bible Dictionary. It is indeed a very good question. Well, there are all entries are not good. It is clear and very famous thing that nobody is perfect. So the person who compiled that dictionary this thing and rule is also applicable to him as well. Hence there are some entries which a normal reader can not properly understand due to lack of his knowledge about that time in which that dictionary had been compiled.

That is the reason that I can say that some entries and terms used in that specific dictionary are out-dated in the present scenario. So there are basically useful entries in the whole dictionary and as general but there are also some entries which are not useful in present day situation to understand the terms used by Bible. It may be due to the development in languages of the world or may be it has some other reason but the fact will remain intact.

I hope the information I've given you is enough for you to understand the Easton Bible dictionary and the terms and outdated terms it has used. If you've any other question please feel free to ask.
