My son recently yesterday woke up pointing at his diaper his penis hurt and he didnt even wanna be held when i change him he crys. I put vaseline and it hurt him when i did.

You have not mentioned the age of your son. It is necessary to diagnose cause and offer treatment. As you mentioned that he has using diaper, It might be the diaper who causes extra pressure on the penis and testes. Give him non steroidal anti inflammatory medicines.
