Well, majority of the STD's can be cured with the help of prescription medicines and antibiotics. You just need to be consistent in taking them that's all. Some of the medicines commonly used for treatment of STD's are Azithromycin, Intramuscular ceftriaxone, oral ciprofloxacin, pencillin, acyclovir, valacyclovir, famciclovir etc.
