 How Long Do Landlords Have To Give Security Deposits Back?
I rented a store front, moved out not owning landlord nothing. How long do they have to give my security deposit back?

 It depends on the terms and conditions of the lease agreement as generally the Security deposit pay back time is mentioned on the lease. However, according to law, Landlord has a time period of 30 days after the tenant moves out to note and calculate all the damages and then deduct the value of these damages from the security deposit and give the differential sum to the Tenant. 45 days are generally applicable for calculating of damages and returning the security deposit.
