How Serious Is This? Is It Fixable If I Take Her To The Vet? Someone Has Pulled The Tail Of My Cat And I Think Pretty Severly?
I would like an explanation on the severty of what i believe is wrong with my cat she stands with her hind qaurter in the air and now just lies around and wont move,i have to bring food to her or she wont eat and i cannot really afford a vet bill as i already have a care credit account that is pretty much used up credit wise.her tail just hangs straight down and doesnt move at all, help advise me please!

If she is not getting up at all, and won't even do so to eat, there is likely something more wrong with her than a "pulled tail". If she has been outdoors, she may have been hit by a car, or been injured otherwise (either indoors or out)--and it is very possible she has injured her spine. I understand how finances can be, but you need to take your sweet cat to the vet as soon as possible. She is clearly suffering.
