There's not a whole lot you can do if you don't know what's wrong.  You can check yourself to see if she has a clogged tear duct. If you rub in a downward motion towards the corner of her eye and a discharge seems to produce after a couple of motions just clean with a warm water on a tissue.  You should take her to a vet because even with that she'll need eye drops.  Give it a couple days to see if it clears up.

Eye infections are common in kittens, I assume it is the transition, of opening their eyes.  Maybe being exposed to allergins all at once.  As a pet groomer I seen this problem, at work, at least once a day.  What I always found helpful, using baby wipes, they don't leave lint behind, starting at the inside corner of the eye, very carefully drag the cloth across to the other corner.  This will relieve her of the gunk inside of her eyes.  It is important to get the unscented wipes.  After you get the bulk of gunk from inside, clean up the out side of the eye, upward stroke for the top lid, downward strokes for the bottom lid, You don,t want to get crusties in her eyes.do this no more than three times a day, over cleaning, will irritate, possible making the problem worse.  I would suggest, at least a call to the vet, if the matter is green or yellow, swelling, or complete mating of the lids, where she can't see.  If the kitten acts out of sort, listless, stops eating or drinking, starts sneezing, coughing, develops diareah, vomiting, or a fever( the only way to check, is with a baby themometer, coated in vasoline, very carefully, rectally) if temp reaches 101, take her to the vet, these are extreme sceneros, usually with a little help, cleaning is all it takes to heal up.  Good Fortune

A weak solution of Boric acid and warm water. A towel corner dipped into the solution and wiped gently across the eye has ALWAYS solved that problem with our barn kittens.
