No, haven't gotten it, but I don't open stuff from anything outside of the mail that is sent from stuff like yahoo, if important, and those, then the other is from friends only, all others I report as junk.

Yeah I did about a week ago, but I didn't open it I just deleted it because it was labeled as spam.

This one u may, it trys to redirect people from making payments to a central bank inNigeria, Central America, etc.
This is a very old SPAM SCAM. The FBI does not make inquiries or send notices to US citizens by email.
