Reaching a height of five hundred and fifty-three metres (one thousand eight hundred and fifteen feet) the CN (Canadian National) tower was built in 1976 and is, to date, the tallest free standing structure found on land.  Located in Toronto, Canada, the CN Tower offers a fantastic view of the city of Toronto and a number of attractions for people of all ages to enjoy.  With, roughly, two million visitors every year, adventurous tourists can stand on the glass floor and visit the outdoor observation deck at three hundred and forty-two metres (one thousand one hundred and twenty-two feet) above the ground.  At three hundred and forty-six metres (one thousand one hundred and thirty-six feet) above the ground one can take in the views from the indoor observation deck or enjoy a snack at the 'Horizons Cafe'.  The spectacular rotating restaurant is located three hundred and fifty-one metres (one thousand one hundred and fifty feet) off the ground and, for the really brave, the sky pod, the world's highest public observation deck, is located at four hundred and forty-seven metres (one thousand one hundred and sixty-five feet).
