What Is A Fast Way To Lose 10lbs?

    Drink a lot of water and eat less then 800 calories a day.  I lost 25 pounds in one month by eating just one baked chicken breast and a salad with lemon juice and green beans with no salt or pepper.  So, a piece of protein, salad, and a veggie twice a day.  But trying to keep it off is another thing.
