To cover up this deficiency you should in take a lot of fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin C.  If you do not like red meat and this is why it is not a part of your diet then to overcome the deficiency of vitamin C you must take supplements. You must add green vegetables, fruits and salads in your diet so that to improve the health and condition of your hairs.

    You should drink a lot of water because it is also very helpful in making your hairs healthy and strong. This is obvious that the hairs do not have the ability to repair themselves and this is why hairs need a lot of care and protection provided by you. Healthy, strong and shining hairs not only increase the charm of your personality but also reveal your internal health. If you want to maintain healthy hairs then try always to keep the scalp dirt free and cool. Proper massaging and cleanliness is also very much beneficial to keep your hairs healthy and strong.
