What Is The Unsung Hero?

The Unsung Hero is a term that refers to a person who has done some great deed or heroic action or contributed to the same and has had his effort or achievement go unnoticed. Sometimes the contribution of many individuals goes unnoticed and only their leaders enjoy the limelight. For instance for a revolution to succeed, a war to be won, lot of people put in an effort but remain anonymous.

The term Unsung Hero is also the name of a magazine that was published in the year 2000, 2001 and 2002. The magazine was focused on the bands and music artist who were unsigned; in other words the unsung heroes. It was born out of a passion for exemplary music that was still to gain national fame.
