A lot of people tell me that gerbils can eat almost any fruit and vegetable but I recently found out from this packet i got from the pet store that gerbils have very delicate digestive systems and should only be given carrots and apples because they cant digest the moisture in other fruits and vegges. Also, potatoes and rububarb are extremely poisonus to them.
