Is This Legitimate Or A Viable Credit Lending Source?
I was approved by a mortgage brokerage company, who says that there's a new way to lend money to persons with bad credit. They ask for a down payment on the loan, which has to be sent by wired funds, to them before they release the funds.

I'm just been threw new hire training at a mortgage co and a broker can't fund a loan so they aren't sent any money--I think this is bogus.

A legit mortgage broker or lender will NEVER ask for fees up-front. It's especially bogus when they ask funds to be wired. This gives them access to your account as well as other personal information. Tread carefully these days. Just remember, if they ask for money, go elsewhere.
