Which Exercises Should I Try To Slim And Tone My Arms?

I was a gymnast for 12 years. My arms were really toned and I had huge muscles ( for a woman ). Now I retired from all that and my arms look flabby and as if they had cellulite, a bit. How can I tone this area?

    Push ups, lifting weights. If you walk or run, I would consider taking dumbells with you.

      Weightlifting is the easiest way using light weights, no bigger than 20 lbs maxI recommend Joyce Vedral "Weight Training Made Easy" and "Definition"
      books/DVD/video
      The Definition one is only 15 minute sessions.
      Most women think that weightlifting bulks you up, but by using small weights , females tend to slim down and tone up.
      Also, consider taking an adult Gymnastics class. I had never taken one until I turned 35!
