How Do I Manage My Folders In Hotmail?

    Log in to your Hotmail account and click on 'My Messages'. Click on 'Manage Folders' in the 'Folders' section. This will display all your current folders, such as your inbox where all your emails are stored, your sent messages, drafts, trash and junk e-mails.

    You can create a new folder by clicking on 'New' and then 'Folder'. You can rename folders and also delete folders if you wish. You can also view how much storage space you have used so far.

    There is also a small section about Hotmail Plus, informing you that you can use custom filters and send incoming mail to specific folders and sort your emails by name, email, address and subject etc.

    To rename or delete folders, you need to select the folders first by ticking the box next to them.
