The wiper motor should be right on the firewall. You have to reach behind it and disconnect the linkage from the motor to the wiper arm mechanism under the fresh air vent across the bottom of your windshield. Then disconnect wiring and unbolt. Install is reverse if removal.

I agree also make sure to have the right replacement part,before removing the old one. Because you are likely to either loose parts or forget how to re-install the new one if you have not done it before..
